HAVE A GREAT SELF IMAGE!!!
Lets say I do ten pull-ups every day, and I want to do fifteen by the next two weeks, but in my mental picture I picture my self still doing ten. So I practice and practice.
And then I realize that my progress is very slow. But since I didn’t change my mental picture doing 15 pull-ups I will go right back to doing 10, or even 8 or 9 .
To change your self image you must change the mental picture of yourself and the way you speak, the way you talk about yourself.
It won’t happen unless you change it all in your head.
