Discipline And Consistency Is Key

Sometimes all of us let our discipline drop and we have something that we know isn’t good for us. For example last 4th of July I slacked a lot and after that vacation it was so hard to get back on track. And sometimes we slack for so long it becomes normal and a routine to eat too much, get no exercise, and don’t do things that are educational for us.
Right now i’m in summer vacation and i’m still being active. And I’m not saying that you don’t need pleasure time you can still reward yourself but always outweigh the pleasure from the work time. In the end discipline and routine is the key to success.
In the second part of this post I will Be talking about consistency.
After we have mastered discipline, all we have to do is stay consistent and keep being consistent until we have met our goal. Some people can’t keep going so they give up or cut short. If you take a break, you are only slowing yourself down. Discipline And Consistency Is Key.
