It is very important that we understand what this topic is about.
First we must think what best friend would do to each other. They would compliment each other, support each other, be honest to each other, be kind to each other, all those sort of things.
Then we must think what enemies would do, give dirty looks or talk bad about each other, lie to each other the total opposite of being friend.
Same way you can be your best friend or your worst enemy. For example if your your best friend you listen to yourself and talk good about yourself, be honest to yourself.
If you are your enemy you would do the total opposite , blocking your dreams from becoming what you want to be.
I asked myself if I was being my best friend or my worst enemy. When I thought about it turns out I am both.
For example: Sometimes when I do my exercise I feel lazy, tired, don’t want to do attitude. In this case I look for shortcuts. this not being your best friend. But somedays I am full of energy and I do everything with 100%. and that really makes the benefit.
