What do you do before 7:30am
What do I do before 7:30am, hmmm…… thats a good question. You know its always good to wake up early in the morning , and there is a lot of benefits to it as well. here are some of these so called “benefits”
1.You have time to exercise and gain confidence and get better and stronger while other kids are sleeping.
2. Because you exercise you start your day energized.
3. Because your energized you are going to have a great day.
When I wake up in the morning at 5:20 this is what I do:
- run 2 miles,
- 11 pull-ups 4 sets
- 20 pushups 4 sets
- handstands 30sec-1min 4 sets
- 20-25 wall squats 4 sets
- 20-25 jumping squats 4 sets
- 5-10 ankle to the bar 4 sets
- 1 min planks or
- 15 leg levers 4 sets or
- 25 pedals 4 sets
I shower, eat breakfast by the time I’m done its 7:30am ready to go to school.
This is what you can do in the morning.
- Do 5 pull-ups,10-15 pushups,20-25 squats, and 10 burpees or 20-30 jumping jacks.
- breathing exercise.
- stretch
- make a healthy breakfast
- shower
- help your mom
- prepare your own lunch anything that energizes you.
All in all waking up early is hard, and we all have our ways accomplishing it. This is how I overcome it.
Actually I don’t have a way of overcoming it. I just get up, but you will never get up if you whimper or whine all the time. The struggling only lasts 20 sec the most, after that you’ll be fine. Because in the end, it will always give an awesome report back.
